Terms and Conditions

This program is designed for dealers that intend to sell and install the CheapHeat system to an end-customer. To qualify for this program, the dealer must acknowledge that they:

  1. have at least one RV technician capable and certified to work on both low (12 VDC) and high voltage systems (120/240 VAC);

  2. will meet or exceed all codes and certifications necessary for the the jurisdictions in which they operate;

  3. possess business liability insurance of at least USD one million for any service or installation work that they perform;

  4. will provide a copy of their tax-exempt resale certificate prior to purchase of any products that they expect to be sold as tax exempt;

  5. accept all liability for their workmanship and install of RV Comfort Systems products;

  6. understand that warranty reimbursement (if any) paid by RV Comfort Systems will be made at the discretion of RV Comfort Systems and will not include travel or labor. by the dealer or customer.

NOTE: ALL equipment will be sold prepaid or COD unless other arrangements have been pre-approved by RV Comfort Systems Controller or President in writing.
